Hydration and Aid Stations
- The 10M course will have (4) fluid stations (2, 4, 6, 8 miles) with water, Gatorade, and other.
- The 5K course will have one (1) fluid station with water water, Gatorade, and other.
- Medical staff will be available on the course.
